Test Results...

For obtaining test results the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. We will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of the results or they are not capable of understanding the results.

You can obtain your test results by telephoning the practice:

Armadale: 01501 730432 - Test results are only available between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm.
Blackridge: 01501 730432 - Test results are only available between the hours of 11.00am and 3.00pm.
