General Practice is under intense pressure at the moment with a limited workforce and limited resources.

Barbauchlaw Medical Practice looks after approximately 17300 patients across Armadale, Blackridge and surrounding villages.

We would like to provide the best service that we can for patients and plan to roll out a new way for patients to access our services through ‘eConsult’. eConsult is a way to contact your GP practice online, for free, anywhere and anytime you have access to the internet, quickly and safely. eConsult is easy to use and will give your Doctors all the information they need to triage and make sure every patient gets the care they need.

We plan to ask patients for their feedback before eConsult is introduced, and also after, so that we can measure whether or not this has improved our service. To achieve this, we would be grateful if you could download and complete the questionnaire and return it to the Practice in person.
