Disabled Patients

Our practice has suitable access for disabled patients. All patient areas including receptions, consulting rooms and toilets have wheelchair access. A wheelchair is available for use by patients. Designated disabled parking spaces are located at the front of the Armadale site and in the layby at the Blackridge site.

Violent or Abusive Patients

We will not tolerate violence or abuse towards to any member of our staff. Anyone who is violent or abusive to any staff member or patient will be removed from our practice list.
