Appointments...
We use an appointment system for both our Doctors and Nurses. To make a face-to-face or telephone appointment with a GP or Advanced Nurse Practitioner, please complete an online eConsult form, which can be found by clicking on one of the options on the blue eConsult banner on our home page.

It is not essential to see the Doctor you are registered with, however, every effort will be made to allow you to see the doctor of your choice as availability of appointments allow. Because of the large number of people needing to see their doctor, it may not always be possible to get an appointment immediately.
An interpretation service is also available for use by patients.
Urgent Appointments
For urgent matters only, an appointment can be made for the same day in the Emergency Surgery by phoning or speaking to the receptionist. Please note that this is a 5 minute appointment slot and only one urgent matter will be dealt with.
Home Visits
If you are not well enough to attend the surgery and wish the doctor to call to your home, please telephone before 9.00am if possible. You will be asked to speak to the doctor to determine if a home visit is appropriate. Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients in the surgery.
Cancel Appointment
If you no longer need, or can no longer make your appointment, we would be very grateful that you let us know so that we can give the appointment to someone else. To cancel an appointment, please telephone the site you are registered at on either Armadale 01501 730432 or Blackridge 01501 751238.
